This privacy policy applies to the RoutinePin app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Jang Woo Seok (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Data We Collect
None. The Application stores your workout body-part records, routines, and preferences entirely on your device using Apple's local storage (SwiftData). The Application does not transmit this data to the Service Provider or to any third-party server.
The Application does not request access to your location, contacts, photo library, camera, microphone, calendars, health data, or any other system permission.
Network & Third-Party SDKs
The Application does not make outbound network requests to any server operated by the Service Provider or to any external analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting service. The Application does not embed any third-party SDK that collects user data.
The only system service the Application interacts with externally is Apple StoreKit, used solely to process the optional one-time "RoutinePin Pro" in-app purchase. Purchase processing is handled entirely by Apple under its own Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy); the Application receives only the entitlement status returned by Apple and does not transmit any purchase information elsewhere.
App Tracking Transparency
The Application does not use any cross-app tracking identifiers (including IDFA / Advertising Identifier) and therefore does not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt. No advertising or analytics SDK is integrated.
Home Screen Widgets & App Intents
For users who purchase RoutinePin Pro, the Application provides Home Screen widgets and a Siri / Shortcuts App Intent for one-tap recording. Widget data is shared between the main app and the widget extension through an iOS App Group container that is private to the Application; the data never leaves your device.
Children
The Application does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children. Because the Application does not collect data from anyone, no special handling is required for users under 13. Your Choices & Data Deletion
Because all data is stored locally, you can delete your records at any time directly within the Application or by uninstalling it. Uninstalling the Application removes all stored data from your device.
Pro users may also use the in-app CSV Export feature to save their workout records to Files, AirDrop, Mail, or any other destination supported by the iOS Share Sheet. Once exported, the file is under your control and is not transmitted to the Service Provider.
Security
The Application relies on the standard iOS data-protection model. Because no data is transmitted off your device, the security of your records is governed by the security of your device itself.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
