By downloading or using the RoutinePin app (hereby referred to as "Application"), these terms will automatically apply to you — you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Application. You're not allowed to copy or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, and you also shouldn't try to translate the Application into other languages or make derivative versions. The Application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Jang Woo Seok (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, they reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider will never charge you for the Application or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
Local Data
The Application stores all of your workout records, routines, and preferences entirely on your device using Apple's local storage (SwiftData). The Service Provider does not operate a server that holds your data, and the Application does not synchronize your data across devices. If you uninstall the Application or reset your device, your records will be removed along with the Application.
Pro users may export their records as a CSV file via the in-app share sheet. Once exported, the file is under your control.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers a single optional one-time in-app purchase, "RoutinePin Pro", that unlocks Home Screen widgets, the Siri / Shortcuts quick-record App Intent, custom routine editing, and CSV export. The price is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. This purchase is non-consumable and is restored via Apple's "Restore Purchases" mechanism when you sign in to the same Apple ID on a new device. Family Sharing is enabled for this purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's standard policy.

The Application uses the following Apple platform services, each of which has its own terms and privacy policy:
Internet Connection
The Application is designed to work entirely offline once installed. An internet connection is required only at the moment of purchasing or restoring RoutinePin Pro because Apple StoreKit performs that transaction online. All other features — recording workouts, viewing the calendar, configuring routines, and using widgets — work without a network connection.
Device Responsibility
The Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Application. You need to make sure that your device stays charged — if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility.
Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. The Application is intended as a memory aid for your own workout routine and is not medical, fitness, or training advice. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying on this Application.
Updates
At some point, the Service Provider may wish to update the Application. The Application is currently available on iOS — the requirements for the system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the Application to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the Application. The Service Provider does not promise that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to stop providing the Application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless they tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the Application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
